Mizoram Public Service Commission ( MPSC ) gives advice regarding promotion, punishment, change of service of personnel’s under the State Government. It consists of a Chairman and 3 other Members. MPSC has always been striving to ensure selection of persons of high calibre through a fair and objective selection process. The duty of the commission is to conduct Examinations of candidates for appointment to the services in the State and to advise the Government on all matters relating to methods of recruitment to Civil Services, the principles to be followed in making such appointments and in effecting promotions and transfers from one service to another.

MPSC invites applications for the post of Entry Grade of Civil Judge in Grade – III of the Mizoram Judicial Service by Competitive Examination and the details are as following :

Pay scale : Rs. 27,700-770-33090-920-40450-1080-44,770/-
Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 35 years of age.
Qualification : Candidate should posses Degree in Law of a recognized University and should have the knowledge of of Mizo language of at least Middle standard.

Last date for the receipt of application : 1st march 2011
Application fees : Rs. 200/- for general and Rs. 150/- for ST/SC/Other Backward Classes should be paid in cash at the reception counter of Mizoram Public Service Commission or can be paid in the form of uncrossed IPO drawn in favour of the Secretary, Mizoram Public Service Commission or by depositing into Treasury Challan under the Head -0051-PSC, 102-State PSC .
Note : The eligible candidates send the application in prescribed format, available at the office of Mizoram Public Service Commission, New Secretariat Complex, Khatla, Aizawl and Offices of the Deputy Commissioner, on payment of Rs. 10/- per form, along with attested copies of necessary certificates and original copies of challan or IPO
