Women & Child Development Department, Haryana has been running the welfare scheme for Women and Children in the state of Haryana. It is headed by the Director, Women & Child Development at state level and by Programme Officer (ICDS) at the district Level. It plays an active role in national programmes like Family Welfare, Small Savings, Vital Surveys, Census, Economic Census, Social Security measures etc.

Haryana Women & Child Development Department invites applications from Indian Nationals for the following posts :

1. Programme Manager ( Child Protection )
   Emolument : Rs. 20000/- per month consolidated
   age : Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses masters degree in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology with minimum 60% marks and knowledge of Hindi up to metric level is desirable.
2. Programme Manager ( Training IEC & Advocacy )
   Emolument : Rs. 20000/- per month consolidated
   age : Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses masters degree in Mass Communication with specialization in Human Resource Development and knowledge of Hindi up to metric level is desirable.
3. Programme Officer ( Child in Need of Care & Protection )
   Emolument : Rs. 15000/- per month consolidated
   age : Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses masters degree in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology with minimum 55% marks and knowledge of Hindi up to metric level is desirable.
4. Programme Officer ( Juveniles in conflicts with Law )
   Emolument : Rs. 15000/- per month consolidated
   age : Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses masters degree in Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology along with 1 year of experience in Child Protection / Child welfare.
5. Programme Officer ( Training )
   Emolument : Rs. 15000/- per month consolidated
   age : Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses masters degree in Mass Communication with specialization in Human Resource Development and knowledge of Hindi up to metric level is desirable. At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource Development is required.
6. Programme Officer ( IEC & Advocacy )
   Emolument : Rs. 15000/- per month consolidated
   age : Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses masters degree in Mass Communication with specialization in Human Resource Development and knowledge of Hindi up to metric level is desirable. At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource Development is required.
7. Accounts Officer
   Emolument : Rs. 10000/- per month consolidated
   age : Maximum 62 years of age.
   Qualification : Candidate should be a retired as an accounts officer OR service SAO with minimum 2 years of experience.
8. Accountant
   Emolument : Rs. 8000/- per month consolidated
   age : Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses masters degree in commerce with minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
9. Assistant cum Computer Operator
   Posts : 4
   Emolument : Rs. 5000/- per month consolidated
   Age : Maximum 62 years
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
10. Accounts Assistant
    Emolument : Rs. 5000/- per month consolidated
    Age : Maximum 62 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
