    The Maharashtra State Government implemented 6th Pay commission in our State as per Central Criteria with state benefits. But, due to heavy work load and political policy matter the State Government doesn’t implanted to the higher technical education’s employee i.e. Non-Teaching Employee of Higher Technical Education. On the Contrary Teaching Employee of Higher Technical Education declared 6th Pay. Due to this circumstances the Government the current dearness allowance 54% increased by 10% from 01st January 2009 means current D. A. from 1st January 2009 is 64% and hence the Government decided to pay balance D. A. arrears to Higher Technical Education’s Teaching & Non-Teaching Employee as “Loly Pop” of two ways 1. 6th Pay Commission and 2. Deewali Bonus. This is Policy Matter of Political sign.
