D.A. Rates incresed by 27% For Maharashtra State Employee from From 1st July 2009.
The Maharashtra State Government declared as per their resolution No. Makava-1109/Pra.Kra.70/Seva/9 Dated 05th Oct. 2009 that the Dearness Allowance Rate increased by 5% as per central criteria means todays total D.A. is 27% from 01st July 2009.
The D.A. rate is 5% applied on revised pay basic i.e. Revised Pay + Grade Pay = Revised Pay Basic as per 6th Pay Commission from 01st July 2009.
Exam.: Suppose the employee got Revised Pay Rs. 10000 and Grade Pay Rs. 2400 i.e. Total Revised Pay Basic is Rs. 12400 and D.A. rate increased by 5 % means 12400 X 27% = 3348.
