The list of Roll Nos. allotted to the examinees who are allowed to appear for the examination is attached with this letter. The Roll Nos. are available on “www.mahadiscom.in” It is requested to give the information of Roll Nos. to all the concerned examinees who are working under you as well as those who may have come on transfer or training or on deputation under your jurisdiction. There will be no any change in the Roll Nos. allotted. All examinees should bring their “letters of cognizance” duly signed and certified by the Competent Authority with them for appearing to the examination. ,on the basis of internet roll numbers allotment .However, if any candidate does not bring letter of cognizance with him/her, he/she may be allowed to appear for the examination on the strength of his/her identity card issued by the office where he/she is working. The list of Roll Nos. may please be circulated to the concerned offices under your control in order to avoid telegrams, telephones etc. for making enquiries of Roll Nos. and Centres. The Mobile Phones are not allowed in Examination Hall. supervising staff of the examination may please be instructed accordingly for the same. The examinees should bring their own books as per syllabus and the books may be used/referred to wherever their use is allowed. The examinees should note that private publication’s books are allowed as per H.O .Admn. Circular No.348 dtd.17.4.2000.The use of others candidates will not be permitted. The act of misconduct during examination will be viewed seriously.
