For online submission of applications from 10th December, 2010, visit www.nchmct.org and follow the instructions given therein. Candidates can pay the application fee through credit/debit cards. Fee for online mode is Rs 900/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs 450/- for SC/ST/PH candidates
