Allahabad Bank invites online applications from Indian Citizens for the posts of Probationary Officers. There are 1500 Vacancies announced including backlog vacancy. The above vacancy are announced under the advertisement no:- REC/01/2011-12. The eligibility criteria related to the posts are given below.

Note: - Age Relaxation is available for the candidate belonging to reserved category; like 5 yrs extension for SC/ST, 3 yrs extension for OBC, 5 yrs for Ex-serviceman, 10 yrs for PH candidates. The candidate who is serving in Officers in the Regional Rural Banks and who have put in a Min. 5 yrs of service will be comes under the relaxation of 5 yrs.
Educational Qualification: – Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks, in case of SC/ST/PH the minimum marks would be 50%.
Essential Qualification: – Diploma in Computer Application form reputed institutions like: – NIIT, SSI, Aptech, CMC, DOEACC course certificate (O/A/B/C) level.
Examination Fee: – Challan of Rs400/- for Gen/Obc candidates and Rs50/- for SC/ST/PH candidates.
Selection Procedure:-
The selection process will be made on written test and then after follow Interview. The written test will comprise objective type questions, like wise Test of Reasoning ability, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, and English Language.

3) In case of a candidate does not have a valid e-mail ID, he/she should create own e-mail ID before filling on line application.
4) Applicants are first required to go to Bank’s website www.allahabadbank.in and then after open the Recruitment notification. Take a print of the entire Recruitment including Fees Payment Challan.
