    Documents Required

    • 3 photographs
    • R.C. (Registration book)
    • T.C. (Taxation book)
    • Insurance
    • P.U.C. certificate
    • All vehicle papers
    • Learner’s license
    • Fill in details in form No.4, which is available at the RTO

    Procedure

    All vehicle papers should be valid
    A fee of Rs.35 is to be paid - Rs.15 as test fee and Rs.20 as license fee. Please note that the cost of fees is subject to change as per the government rules. From a number of 12 inspectors you will be assigned to any one of them. After he verifies and signs the papers of all the people assigned to him, you will be called to take the test by turns. If you pass the test then the signature of the superior inspector is required and the permanent license is issued. However, if you fail the test, then you can retake the test after 15 days.
