    Set up in 1977, the institute is functioning from its own building at Sector I, Noida.  The Institute is equipped with residential (hostel) facilities for the outstation trainees.

    Facilities for organizing Short-term courses* are available in all the on-going skill areas.  

    *Subject to change without prior notice.
    Other Facilities in the Institute:- 

       1. Refresher training programmes for Instructors of vocational schools & Colleges,  ITIs,  etc. in Instructional skills (pedagogy),  skill upgradation, Audio-Visual aids, etc.
       2. Curriculum development activities for upgradation  of the training syllabi and
       3. Designing the new course curriculum.
       4. Need-based Short-term courses.
