    How to Apply
    O.M.R.   application forms   with   instruction can   be purchased   for Rs.   110/-(Application fee-Rs.  100/- + Postal Charges Rs.  10/-) for general candidates. Other backward caste candidates of Uttarakhand and Dependent of freedom fighter candidates of Uttarakhand and Rs. 70/-(Application fee Rs. 60/- + Postal Charges Rs.  10/-) for Scheduled    caste   candidates   of   Uttarakhand    and   Scheduled    Tribe   candidates
    of Uttarakhand in cash through the post offices mentioned below from  June 01, 2009 to June 30, 2009. Candidates must obtain instructions along
    with the O.M.R. application form in order to fill it up.
