    (PGDM) / Personnel Management - from a reputed Institute (regular 2 year course only), with minimum 16 years experience in various sections of HR in a large reputed Public Limited Company in HR / Personnel Management area and presently working in the position of at least Senior Manager. Selection of the candidate will be based on variety of assignments handled by the incumbent in core areas of HR & HRD. Atleast 6 years experience in HR- Policy Making & IR is a must. Work experience in a Refinery/Chemical plant will be of added advantage.

    Dy. GeneralManager/ Chief Manager

    (Shipping)

    (E7/E6 grade)


    1
    Degree in Engineering or MBA with minimum experience of 16 years for DGM and 13 years for Chief Manager, in Oil Tanker Shipping in Executive position or Master Mariner
    with Tanker experience of minimum

    5 years which may include working as Master on Board Tanker in a reputed shipping company or relevant experience in an Oil company.

Minimum 5 years as a Hindi Assistant/ Hindi Translator/ Hindi Stenographer in the Official Languages Department or 5 years of teaching Experience in relevant field.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

    The period of experience will be determined up to 31/05/2009. Experience shown should be the minimum after obtaining necessary qualification up to 31/05/2009 including ‘On the Job’ training period.
