Eligibility:
(i) He/She has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/ her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S./B.D.S. Course and is an INDIAN NATIONAL.
(ii) The upper age limit for All India Pre-Medical /Pre-Dental Entrance Examination is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination. Further provided that upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes.
(iii) The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination shall be limited to 3 (three) uniformly for all the candidates.
(iv) The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination. In respect ofcandidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 50% for GeneralCandidates.
Further, for persons for locomotory disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required. Those who are taking plus two examination in 2010 can also appear for the entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later.
(v) 15% seats for SC candidates, 7.5% seats for ST candidates, 27% seats for non-creamy layer OBC candidates in Central Institutions only and 3% seats on horizontal basis for Physically Handicapped candidates are reserved in 15% All India Quota for MBBS/ BDS courses.
Application procedure:
A candidate can apply for the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination in either of the following two ways:- Offline
Offline submission of Application may be "made on the prescribed Application Form. The information Bulletin and Application Form costing Rs. 800/- for General/ OBC Category and Rs. 450/- for SC/ST Category can be obtained against Cash Payment from the designated branches of Canara Bank/ Regional Offices of the CBSE between 20.10.2009 and 27.11.2009. Information Bulletin and Application Form can also be obtained by Post from the Board by sending a written request with a Demand Draft for Rs. 850/- for General/OBC Category and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST Category payable to the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi along with a Self Addressed Envelope of size 12" x 10".
The request must reach to the Board on or before 18.11.2009. The request should be superscribed as "Request for information Bulletin and Application Form for AIPMT-2010".

Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website www.aipmt.nic.in from 20-10-2009 (10.00 A.M.) to 27-11-2009 (5.00 PM.).Instructions for sending online application, payment of fee and Computer generated printout are available on the Board’s website.
Fee of Rs. 800/- for General/OBC Category Candidates and Rs. 450/- for SC/ST Category Candidates may be remitted in the following ways
1. By credit card, or
2. Through Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi.

Eligibility:
MBA-Core:
Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate. Two years post qualification work experience will be preferred.
MBA Actuarial Science:
Candidates should have attained any of the following Educational Standards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate at graduation/post graduation degree level examination.
a. Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering/ Economics/Computer Science/Allied Sciences with minimum 50% marks in Aggregate. Two years post qualification work experience will be preferred.
b. Graduate or Post Graduate with Mathematical subjects. For this purpose following subjects constitute mathematical subjects :
• Mathematics or any of its branches • Statistics or any of its sub classification such as Mathematical Statistics and Applied Statistics • Economics • Computer Science • Any discipline of Engineering • Subject in Science such as Physics or its allied branches
c. Candidate with graduation/ post graduation from other disciplines should have passed 10+2 (H.S.C.) or equivalent with at least 85% in Mathematics /Statistics.
d. Fully qualified members of following professional bodies are also eligible.

Ph.D. Programme:
A. The students may be drawn from those with qualifications from any of the streams listed Below:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines like humanities, social sciences, pure sciences and Commerce, from a recognizeduniversity/ deemed university/ institution recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
• Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration, considered equivalent to MBA by AIU.
B. Minimum Marks required:
60% marks or equivalent CGPA at PG level.
C. Work Experience:
At least 5 years full time work experience in executive or supervisory capacity after obtaining Master’s Degree.
D. Engineering students with 65% marks or equivalent CGPA at degree level with 5 years work experience in Academic/Academic Institution/ Research/ Corporate.
Teaching Assistantship of Rs. 25000/- will be available to students for period of 4 years, in addition there would an academic fee waiver. Research grants of Rs. 10,000/- per annum for Ph.D. Research.
For Part Time MBA:
Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from recognized University OR Equivalent pattern recognized by the UGC & AIU. Three Years Post qualification work experience in Supervisory / Executive Cadre as on 31st December 2009 is essential.
Eligibility Criteria for EPGDBM(Bangalore Campus):
Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from recognized University OR Equivalent pattern recognized by the UGC & AIU with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate. Five Years Post qualification work experience in Supervisory / Executive Cadre as on 31st December 2009 is essential.
Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirement and are awaiting results can also apply. But their admission will be subject to their fulfilling the eligibility norms as mentioned above.

Eligibility:
You must make sure that you satisfy all the eligibility conditions given Below for appearing in JEE-2010:
Date of Birth:
Candidates belonging to GE, OBC and DS categories must be born on or after October 01, 1985 and those belonging to SC, ST and PD categories must be born on or after October 01, 1980.
Year of Passing Qualifying Examination (QE):
Must have passed the Qualifying Examination, namely, XII standard or any equivalent examination, after 1st October 2008 or in the year 2009 or will be appearing in 2010.
Minimum Percentage of Marks in QE:
Candidates belonging to GE, OBC and DS categories must secure at least 60% marks and candidates belonging to SC, ST and PD categories must secure at least 55% marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination.
Important Notes:
(I) You can attempt JEE only twice, in consecutive years. That means you should have attempted JEE for the first time in 2009 or will be appearing in 2010.
(II) If you have accepted admission after qualifying in JEE in earlier years by paying full fees at any of the IITs, IT—BHU, Varanasi or ISM, Dhanbad, you will not be eligible to write JEE at all, irrespective of whether or not you joined in any of the programmes.
Application procedure:
A candidate can submit application either on-line through internet or off-line through prescribed (OMR) application form.
(A) On-line: For on-line submission of applications, visit any of the websites given below and carefully follow the instructions given therein. The students can pay the application fee through credit and debit cards of major banks or through challan of selected banks. The reduced examination fee for on-line mode is Rs.450/- for SC/ST / PD/Female candidates and Rs. 900/- for all other candidates.
(B) Off-line: A candidate can buy an application form with information Brochure from any one of the designated branches of banks by paying Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PD/ Female candidates (light GREEN envelope) or Rs. 1000/- for all other candidates (light BLUE envelope). This includes the examination fees.
The information Brochure contains details regarding application procedure, syllabus of JEE, examination centres, and courses available at various institutions, counselling, fee structure and other relevant information about JEE-2010.
